DESCRIPTION:Summer Camp 2026 – July 31\, August 1\, 2\, 3. \n\n 	\nTraining fee:  $100 \n\n 	\nFamily Training Fee:  $175 (two or more) \n\n 	\nNon-training members staying on site:  $50 \n\n 	\nExtra dinner Tickets:  $10.  Dinner tickets are included in the camp registration for those participating in the camp.  Extra dinner tickets are available for non-training family members. \n\n 	\nWaiver Forms & Consent to Emergency Care: If applicable\, will be collected at check in.  Please ensure you have a hard copy of these documents with you\, there will be no extra copies available. \n\n 	\nCamp payment and fees: will be accepted via e-transfer at: ikokcevents@kyokushin.ca \n\n\nTo ensure a safe\, respectful\, and enjoyable environment for all participants\, please follow the rules outlined below: \n\n\n 	\nCheck-In Requirement \nAll participants must check in at the main hall upon arrival before entering the campgrounds. \n\n 	\nMinors \n\n\n 	\nA Consent to Emergency Care form must be completed for all minors at check-in.  All training minors must have a parent\, guardian or an adult staying on site with them throughout the weekend. \n\n 	\nMinors must obtain permission from camp organizers before using the beach area. \n\n 	\nAlcohol consumption by minors is strictly prohibited. \n\n\n\n 	\nPets \n\n\n 	\nNo pets are allowed on site. \n\n\n\n 	\nAlcohol Policy \n\n\n 	\nAdults aged 19 and older may consume alcohol responsibly within their designated campsites. \n\n\n\n 	\nEnvironmental Protection \n\n\n 	\nThe use of commercial bathing products (soap\, shampoo\, etc.) in the river is not allowed. \n\n 	\nOnly eco-friendly products may be used in or near the river. \n\n\n\n 	\nQuiet Hours \n\n\n 	\nQuiet time is from 10:30 PM onward. Please respect your fellow campers. \n\n\n\n 	\nParking and Campsites \n\n\n 	\nParking and camping are permitted only in designated areas. \n\n 	\nSaving campsites is not permitted. Sites are available on a first-come\, first-served basis. \n\n 	\nSome limited camping on the field will be permitted this year.
